Pros: sangría, sangría, sangría (oh yeah, and cool decor)
Cons: smoky, crowded, really hot, hard to find (entrance is inside a building, bar is in the basement)

Drinks to Avoid: we're not sure they have anything else
Random fact: They have quotes painted on the wall. (And it's actually a lot like a cave.)

I lived in Spain in '04/'05 and would gladly go back just to spend a night at las cuevas. It has been tough to parallel the ambiance. Hope you two enjoyed it.
